Sigur Rós ‘Ísjaki’

Sigur Rós dropped another single from forthcoming album ‘Kveikur’ due out on their new record label XL on June 17th. After the largely experimental 2012 album ‘Valtari’, Sigur Rós have taken a more aggressive approach to their ambient sound. ‘Ísjaki’ means iceberg in their native Icelandic and is an upbeat and uplifting track that is a departure from a lot of their previous work. Sigur Rós released an official “lyric” video for the track which contains visuals that are as confusing as the language – just try singing along to this one!
